Each adolescent at Dimpledell Canyon receives a full continuum of therapeutic care and treatment services. Entry into the program begins with the initial assessment and testing phase. After the initial testing phase, each individual has an individualized treatment plan established by our professional staff. This individual treatment plan is then implemented by the treatment team. Each adolescent's treatment plan includes individual, family, group and recreational therapy directed by a professional, state licensed, therapist. Primary therapists meet multiple times each week for individual, and family therapy session while also providing milieu therapy during the week. Group therapy is provided on a daily basis by licensed professionals. In addition, addiction counselors meet each week for individual sessions to discuss specific addictive thinking errors and to incorporate the 12 step program of AA/NA into the individuals therapy. Dimpledell Canyon also provides for all the participant's educational needs and is designed to meet the varied, specific academic requests of all the adolescents at Dimpledell Canyon.
